After you have booked your appointment, check your email. You will be sent an email instructing you to use your email address and a provided password. Once your appointment is approved you will get a second email allowing you to log in to the client portal to fill out the initial paperwork.
(To avoid late cancellation and failure to show fees please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if needing to cancel.)
Note there are two sections of time slot categories for each day: Morning and Afternoon & Evening. The availabilities will decrease to reflect booked appointments.
